Organize your list into six columns: First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State, and Zip. Use the owner’s information for each record.
Use the owner’s mailing address when available. It may differ from the property address, especially for vacant land and rental properties.
A billable phone match is a skip trace that returns a phone number believed to belong to the person and address submitted. Each matched record costs 2¢. Records without a phone match do not incur a phone-match charge.
When you opt in to the email add-on, you pay 1¢ per record where we find an active email address. This is separate from the phone-match charge. There is no email charge for records where an active email is not found.
Make a deposit of at least $10 into your Penny Skips account to begin running orders. There is no monthly subscription.
You can view and download your skip tracing results in your dashboard, and receive them by email. Results include phone numbers found for your list, plus available email addresses when you select the email add-on.
